Terms of Use (EULA)

This is the end user licence agreement for the Veya app. It applies alongside our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Licence

Veya grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the app on any device you own or control, as permitted by the usage rules of the app store you downloaded it from. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer or resell the app.

Subscriptions and billing

Premium tiers (Ember and Blaze) are auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period, at the price shown at purchase.

Managing and cancelling

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Refunds are handled by the app store you purchased through.

Acceptable use

There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. See our Acceptable Use Policy. Accounts that breach it may be removed without refund.

Warranty, liability and third parties

The app is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law, and nothing here limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its content, have no maintenance or support obligations, and are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement, entitled to enforce it against you.

Apple's standard EULA

Where the app is downloaded from the App Store, Apple's standard licence terms also apply and are available on Apple's website.
