Beta Participation Notice

By creating an account and participating in the Veya beta launch, you acknowledge and agree that:

Veya is an early-stage platform currently under testing. Features and functionality may change without notice.
Users are responsible for their own safety and personal decisions. Veya is not responsible for the conduct of other users.
Any meetings, dates, events, or activities arranged through the platform are undertaken entirely at the user’s own risk.
Users should meet in public places, inform friends or family of their plans, and take appropriate safety precautions.
Veya provides a platform for introductions and shared experiences but does not guarantee compatibility, behaviour, attendance, identity, or outcomes.
Your safety and wellbeing remain your personal responsibility at all times.

1. Beta Service

Veya is currently operating as a beta service. Features may change, be modified, suspended, or removed at any time without notice.

By using Veya, you acknowledge that the platform is under development and may contain bugs, errors, interruptions, or unexpected behaviour.

2. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for their interactions, communications, meetings, activities, and relationships with other users both online and offline.

Users should exercise caution and good judgment when interacting with others and when attending any events, meetups, activities, or plans arranged through the platform.

3. Safety Disclaimer

Veya does not conduct comprehensive background checks on users unless explicitly stated.

While we may provide safety features and moderation tools, we cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, conduct, or behaviour of any user.

4. No Liability for User Conduct

Veya, its owners, directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for:

Any actions, omissions, conduct, or behaviour of users.
Personal injury, illness, accidents, losses, damages, theft, or disputes arising from interactions between users.
Any meetings, events, activities, or arrangements organised through the platform.
Any emotional, financial, personal, or relationship-related consequences resulting from use of the platform.

5. Use at Your Own Risk

All use of the Veya platform is at the user’s own risk.

Users accept full responsibility for any decisions made as a result of information, messages, profiles, events, or activities found through the platform.

6. Beta Feedback

Users may provide feedback, suggestions, comments, and recommendations regarding the platform.

By providing feedback, users grant Veya a perpetual, royalty-free right to use, modify, and implement such feedback without compensation.

7. Account Suspension

Veya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion where behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the community.

8. Changes to These Terms

Veya reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
