Veya is currently operating as a beta service. Features may change, be modified, suspended, or removed at any time without notice.

By using Veya, you acknowledge that the platform is under development and may contain bugs, errors, interruptions, or unexpected behaviour.

Users are solely responsible for their interactions, communications, meetings, activities, and relationships with other users both online and offline.

Users should exercise caution and good judgment when interacting with others and when attending any events, meetups, activities, or plans arranged through the platform.

Veya does not conduct comprehensive background checks on users unless explicitly stated.

While we may provide safety features and moderation tools, we cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, conduct, or behaviour of any user.

Veya, its owners, directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Any actions, omissions, conduct, or behaviour of users.
• Personal injury, illness, accidents, losses, damages, theft, or disputes arising from interactions between users.
• Any meetings, events, activities, or arrangements organised through the platform.
• Any emotional, financial, personal, or relationship-related consequences resulting from use of the platform.

All use of the Veya platform is at the user’s own risk.

Users accept full responsibility for any decisions made as a result of information, messages, profiles, events, or activities found through the platform.

Users may provide feedback, suggestions, comments, and recommendations regarding the platform.

By providing feedback, users grant Veya a perpetual, royalty-free right to use, modify, and implement such feedback without compensation.

Veya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion where behaviour is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the community.

Veya is currently in beta. We are actively onboarding real members and more people are joining every day. Any sample or demonstration profiles kept in the system are for internal testing only and are not shown to users on the platform.

If no matches are available in your area right now, your account stays active and you remain entered into the monthly prize draw just for being a user. Check back regularly — new members are joining daily.

Veya runs a free monthly prize draw awarding one winner a date experience. Entry is free for all signed-up users aged 18+. Plus and Premium subscribers receive an automatic bonus entry each month.

Prize: the prize is a single date experience selected by Veya at random at the time of the draw. The winner does not choose the experience and cannot request, swap, or exchange it. Examples of experiences that may be awarded include (but are not limited to): helicopter sightseeing flights, hot air balloon rides, supercar and rally driving days, track experiences, afternoon tea, Michelin-starred and fine dining meals, cocktail and gin masterclasses, wine and whisky tastings, chocolate-making workshops, couples' spa days, overnight hotel stays, West End theatre with dining, escape rooms, indoor skydiving, and adventure activities such as zip-lining or clay pigeon shooting. There is no minimum guaranteed monetary value, no cash alternative, and no guarantee that any particular experience, location, date, or partner will be awarded. All experiences are subject to availability, geographic restrictions, minimum age, and any additional terms and conditions imposed by the experience provider. Veya reserves the right to substitute the prize with an experience of similar type if the originally selected experience becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for redemption within the applicable voucher validity period, and for any travel, accommodation, gratuities, insurance, or other costs falling outside the experience itself.

Minimum participation requirement: the prize will only be awarded in any given calendar month if Veya has at least 50 active users during that month. If this minimum is not met, no prize will be drawn or paid for that month, and the draw may, at Veya's sole discretion, be rolled over to a subsequent month or cancelled entirely. "Active user" means a signed-up user who has logged in and used the platform at least once during that calendar month.

Winners are notified by in-app message. Veya reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any abuse, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms.

Veya reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
