Delete your Veya account

If you can't sign in, email support@veyadate.com from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my Veya account”. We verify ownership and delete within 30 days, usually within 7.

• Your login (email, password/Google/Apple identity) and your profile — name, age, date of birth, city and location, bio, prompts, interests, preferences and verification status.
• All photos and media you uploaded: profile photo, gallery photos, stories and any verification selfies.
• Sparks (likes) you sent and received, matches, blind matches and compatibility answers.
• Direct messages you sent, your conversation threads, reactions and conversation check-ins.
• Events, activities, crews, trips and campfires you created, plus your memberships, RSVPs and comments in them.
• Date invites, notifications, push notification tokens, daily streaks, boosts, referral records and prize-draw entries.
• Reports and blocks you created, feedback you sent, and your app analytics events.
• Subscription records held in Veya (tier, status, renewal dates).

Deletion is immediate when you use the button. We may retain a minimal record where the law requires it — for example transaction/tax records and safety records relating to a serious report or ban, kept only for as long as required and never used to rebuild your profile. Messages you sent may remain visible in a recipient's copy of a group conversation without your name or profile attached.

Veya never stores your card details. Payments are processed by Stripe on the web, by Apple or Google Play in the apps, with RevenueCat handling in-app purchase receipts.

• Inside Veya: your subscription record is deleted with your account.
• Stripe: we cancel the subscription; Stripe keeps the customer and payment records it must retain for financial and anti-fraud law. Email support@veyadate.com and we'll request erasure of what Stripe is able to remove.
• RevenueCat: the subscriber record keyed to your user ID is deleted on request; we submit this alongside your account deletion.
• Apple / Google Play: these subscriptions are held by Apple and Google, not by us. Deleting your Veya account does not cancel them — cancel in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings, otherwise you'll keep being billed.
